How-to-do a pleated corner for tablecloth (sep-prah)

First, we need to make a sided of the corner then "jahit jelujur" on it

Then, we can have a sharp and detailed pleated corner

Embroidery must be placed 8 inches from the corner edge to ensure it is placed on the tableand not hanging by the sides.

Picture must be traced by hand onto the cloth.

So here i do about Embroidery

Hi loggers! Every embroidery techniques have their own personality. For what i've found a for my embroidery research is more classical 60's embroidery were made by Embah Hampsaton who is still have a patience doing this handicraft on the table cloth. Table cloth or malay people called it as "sepprah". "Sepprah" is using as a covered the floor or as table cloth to be more neat and creative and manners when we put variety food onto it. It's so classical pattern as u can see here made by "Bah" so i think, I'm gonna innovate the motif to be an modern pattern hmmmmm there's a lot of step that I'm gonna learn here and I'm really sure that my "Bah" gonna help me to this.

In a meanwhile Im trying to find my backup organization

Finally, i have found my life savers who's still willing to help me out with my Traditional Embroidery organization that I'd choose which it call as "sulam goyang" . Why it's called by that "Sulam goyang" because it still using a method like normal embroidery like using a hoop or in Malay call it as"ram". The 'ram' which used as to control the pattern goings or the main point in embroidery thing is as to make the fabric taut so can produce a neat and good pattern onto the fabric. When we look at their pattern it's look so vintage but I believe that i can make an improvement or an innovation onto that kind of thing. From the classical pattern can be an contemporary pattern or hipster? My batch going to UITM Machang on this rainy night. Hope we are going to be safely arrived here

So, we all going to UiTM Machang this night so estimate will arrive around 4 A.M in the Tuesday morning. So our graduation day on the Thursday because we all the last batch or we already been divided by courses. So Art and Design course going to be on the last day or closing day. How sad? But it's okay we are still excited about it. Why we going there early on the Tuesday? Because we have to take a "Jubah Konvo" on that day and attend the rap-tile for practicing when on the stage.
